Nurse Practitioners

Edward Wiley

Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Has extensive experience working in a GP Practice, medicine and predominately A&E.  He has also worked in Primary Care since 2015.  On a daily basis he deals with minor illness and injuries. 


Available by appointment 8.30am to 5.20pm weekdays.

The practice nurses are responsible for child and travel vaccinations, health checks, cervical smears, ear syringing, family planning and warfarin monitoring.

The Practice Nurses monitor long term conditions such as diabetes, asthma and high blood pressure.

They can also discuss your lifestyle to become healthier by, for instance, stopping smoking, reducing your weight, changing your diet and drinking less alcohol.

Each of the nurses are able to deal with all of your nursing problems.  They each have special interests and skills as listed below.
